Bluetooth enabled XLOCK products are simple, smart and are administered via the free to use Lock Manager App (iOS/Android/Web). The XLOCK App provides the administrator access to manage all permissions & settings, whilst transforming user's phones into a secure digital key. RFID card access is also managed via the App and free or allocated lockers can be instantly set. 

XLOCK HOME XLOCK Lockers

Securely manage all access control through the user friendly XLOCK Lock Manager. The administrator can:

• Name and/or number each lock for easy user management
• Issue staff RFID cards for specific locks
• Issue staff (who have downloaded the App and registered) an electronic key for specific locker. 
• Manage battery levels via the status indicator
• Access lock usage data (synched via Bluetooth)

With the optional WiFi Gateway, additional features include:

• Real time data synching
• Remote unlocking
• Access to BookiT, the XLOCK User Booking App. 

Wireless and Secure

The European developed XLOCK App can be implemented immediately via Bluetooth and/or with the optional WiFi connection. Data is hosted securely on a Google server based in Switzerland.  

Administrators and users simply register an account and can immediately start using the App. The App is being constantly improved and automatically updates to user's phones. 

Book iT by XLOCK 

book iT by XLOCK is a Google cloud based locker management tool. It is
simple for users to control and ideally suited to agile working environments.

It works wirelessly via securely connecting the battery operated XLOCK system to a WiFi network.

Locker users engage with the quick and easy self service XLOCK App to
book a locker which becomes immediately available for use .

Minimal administration is required enabling companies to focus on the
important areas of their business.

XLOCK HOME XLOCK Lockers 

The simplest tool for users. 

BookiT is the simplest user management tool. 

• Lockers are simply organised into Groups, by Zone or area. 
• A "zoomable" floorplan can be made available
• The user scrolls from a list, selects a locker and confirms the booking for immediate use. 
• Once the locker is booked, the locker appears on the user's "Locks" tab
• The user clicks on the locker and the unlock screen appears
• The user simply slides the bar to unlock the locker within Bluetooth range. 
• The user can end the booking manually,
• And/or the administrator can set the locks to auto release at a certain time/day.  

Subscription free, simple to administer. 

For Bluetooth enabled XLOCK products, there are no charges to download or use the XLOCK Manager App with BookiT enabled. No subscription fees!
